Due to the impact of Covid-19, Cleveland Shakespeare Festival is converting our 2020 season to a digital format. Although our season won't be on tour, we are still providing full productions of The Comedy of Errors and Julius Caesar to our wonderful audiences!
Check back soon or connect with us on Facebook or Twitter for more information!
With hey, ho, the wind and the rain...
During our summer tour, Cleveland Shakespeare Festival will perform rain or shine.
Most locations have a rain space, but if a performance is cancelled for whatever reason, notifications will be sent through our email list, social media outlets and posted on our home page.
Restrooms can be found at or near all of our performance locations.
Restrooms are provided by the communities that bring Cleve Shakes into their neighborhoods. This is in some cases, in a nearby building. In others, porta-potties are made available closer by.
Drink sir, is a great provoker of three things ...nose painting, sleep
What say you to a piece of beef and mustard?
Bringing a picnic is a perfect way to enjoy a CleveShakes' production!
Either packing your own food, or stopping at a local restaurant for carryout is highly encouraged to enhance your experience seeing our shows.**
Better three hours too soon than a minute too late...
Our performances begin promptly at 7pm, and we encourage audience to arrive at least 30 minutes early to find an ideal seat for the performance.
Most audience members bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets for themselves. Feel free to pack a picnic and come early!
**Please inquire site specific policies regarding alcoholic beverages before bringing any substance to a Cleveland Shakespeare Festival production.
